Nolan Smith
Founder & President
Nolan started The Production Source in 2010 after years of touring, working for regional production companies, and working in the house of worship industry. He sought to create a company that would be responsive to clients’ needs and offer a wide range of services. Nolan’s passions include traveling the world and petting cats with his wife Natalie, they currently reside in Charlotte NC.
Phil Bledsoe
Operations Manager
Phil has been working in live event production for over 20 years. His skill set includes audio, lighting, production management, bus driving, truck driving, mechanic, basket weaving and cable pulling. Phil spent several years as a church technical director and eventually transitioned into integration project management. His desire is to help clients efficiently reach their goals and grow their ability to communicate their message through technology. When he’s not playing operations manager for The Production Source. Phil tours as FOH engineer for select artists and events across the country. Phil and his wife, Shanell, spend their home life keeping up with their two beautiful daughters and dreaming of the boat life.
Scott Bradford
Sales & Project Manager
Scott’s passion is encouraging church technology leaders while diving deep into their vision/culture and also being a resource for the ever growing technology needs in the House of Worship market. Prior to joining the Production Source, He spent over 20 years in church production including 14 years as the technology director for Fellowship Church and their multi-sites across the Knoxville area. Scott and his wife Michelle enjoy gardening and staying active with their 4 kids Emori, Landon, Laurel and Grant. Scott also has an obsession with seltzer water and obscure music.
